The Basement complex, Gran Canaria, is haven for the hedonistic amongst us who enjoy the freedom to exhibit themselves and share in the joy of voyeurism.

We are unique in providing a complex that is directly aimed towards the gay men who favour nudity and fetish wear. We actively encourage sexual hedonism and to this end have very few rules, however we do have a very strict dress code.

Nudity, leather, military, skin, rubber and fetish wear are the only acceptable standards of dress whilst on the complex. Sun bathing will be nude. No designer swim wear or outrageous shorts accepted, however guest wearing boots and jocks are very welcome.

Our mission is to provide a safe and clean environment that encourages nudity and fetish wear combined with sexual hedonism by:

• Only adopting rules that relate to the safety and welfare of guests
• Enforcing a strict dress code
• Encouraging exhibitionism and sexual freedom throughout the venue
• Promoting our mission with like minded staff Complex

We offer three standards of accommodation that caters for all needs. Pool side bungalow with private terrace. One Bedroom apartments with kitchenette, private shower, toilet and lounge Pool side studio with private terrace – Consisting of a day room that has a one double bed, shared kitchenette and bathroom. Studio – one room with two single bed and TV. Shared bathroom and Kitchenette. All accommodation offers a private external fully glassed door with protective shutter that can be closed for privacy if required) We offer non residents the opportunity to join us. This can be on a daily or weekly membership programme. All the above rules will apply to non residence to ensure the continuity of the business model.
